Assassin's Creed 3 - Coming Oct 31 2012
Set against the backdrop of the American Revolution in the late 18th century, Assassin's Creed III introduces a new hero, Ratohnhaketon, of Native American and English heritage. Adopting the name Connor, he becomes the new voice for justice in the ancient war between the Assassins and Templars. Players become an Assassin in the war for liberty against ruthless tyranny in the most stylized and fluid combat experiences in the franchise to date. Assassin's Creed III spans the Revolutionary War, taking gamers from the vibrant, untamed frontier to bustling colonial towns and the intense, chaotic battlefields where George Washington's Continental Army clashed with the imposing British Army.
Ubisoft has announced that Assassin's Creed III will be coming out on PC on November 23, 2012.
The game comes out on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on October 30 in the US and October 31 in Europe. The game will also be available on Wii U, when Nintendo's new console launches.
Although this is a bit of wait for PC owners, it's much less than earlier entries in the series. The first Assassin's Creed came to PC five months after it hit consoles. The delay has slowly diminished over time, with Assassin's Creed 2 and Brotherhood arriving on PC four months after they debuted on consoles, while Revelations came out a couple of weeks later.
